I spoke to him and he spoke to me surrounded by a circle of strangers. In the midst of much sharing of ideas, opinions, drinks, food, parables, memories, moments- all precious- and memorable because there was laughter, loud, wholesome laughter.
Okay- so i may sound
like a giddy headed i
ntoxicated fool- but
i so like you.
i like that you
pause before you say something
that you work hard to
be politically correct
so you dont offend
anybody
that you value
me
that you do take time
in your busy day
to chat with me.
not that i am needy or lame
but because
i am beautiful
and i make you feel
beautfiul too.
If emotions are the meeting point of body and soul, our thoughts are the source that divulges into feelings.
That source of our feelings can be any of the 60,000 plus thoughts that run through our minds on any given day.
Thoughts, says quantum physicists, are made up energy! Positive energy or negative energy. Feelings are reflections of that energy.
Choose your thoughts and you can very well can change a lot of feelings about yourself and others. Change your thoughts and you can change things about yourself.
Its like playing a game of pool, and taking that cue stick, looking at different perspectives, choosing the ball, aligning, and with practiced technique giving it a shot-a putt.
Simply-put..all one needs to be is....aligned and emotionally on cue.
But be-aware, feelings are not facts. the only way one can ensure being emotionally on cue is to be rational about them and know which thoughts produce good energy and which brings forth bad energy.. which is worth the time to experience and what's a waste of time and energy.
hmmmm..........E=MC2, ...wish i had taken physics in school:) it could have saved me from a lot of "Waste Matter".
